Chief Executive Officer – CEO
Our Founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is a lawyer and data scientist (Master Executive in Big Data Science). Her forte is in achieving the perfect synergy between the legal world and new information technologies and Big Data, applying great creativity in the design of appropriate architecture for the secure use of data with maximum leverage of strategic information for her client companies. With a background in leading companies such as CaixaBank and Quirón, she was able to develop her potential before making the transition to entrepreneurship with Valia Legal. A professional who will bring extensive legal, technological, Lean and Agile management knowledge to your business, with high levels of energy and enthusiasm.

Chief Legal Officer – CLO
Our Chief Legal Officer (CLO) is a lawyer with a Master’s in Foreign Trade and International Relations, proficient in the law applicable to new information and communication technologies. Her forte is commercial law and data protection. With a background in major law firms in Madrid and Barcelona, professor of commercial law at UOC, excited about new technologies and passionate about the world of digital business and the entrepreneurial ecosystem, she joins the Valia Legal firm to bring her enthusiasm, knowledge and discipline to our e-Law services. She also speaks English, Spanish and Italian.
